T 3999_R 60 >> 我常以為市中心東那些人群只是吸毒者居多，原來很多是無家可歸者，奇怪這個號稱第幾位最好住的城市，市府或省府到底有沒有什麼協助例如工作機會或住宿安排， ======================================== Dear Someone san, I always say that not everybody is as lucky as we are. My friends mostly are too poor to buy drugs, however, addicted with cheap alcohol products, may be. Most of them just couldn’t find way home or simply doesn’t need to go home because they have none. lots of poor friends of the city live in New York Central Park, however, our Lotus Heart would never saw one. Ueno Park is decent and beautiful according to 泰伯 san, yet our Seaman san can tell us the story of those rough sleepers in a certain corner of the park. Most of them have tent to sleep in winter time, though. Vancouver‘s situation is no worse than any other big cities that I visited. I will post more image later if anyoe one of us is interested. |
