中國經濟持續衰退，台灣皮要繃緊一點！

就在去年十二月初中國社會科學院發表最新報告，直指中國房地產在2016年第二季可能出現「斷崖式下跌」的狀況，讓各界對於中國未來一年的經濟前景感到悲觀之際(註1)，新年伊始，又傳出中國浙江省海運集團向法院提請旗下子公司舟山五洲船舶修造的破產清算，法院已裁定受理，成為首家倒閉的中國國有造船廠，業界預期今年中國造船業倒閉潮將達高峰(註2)。

如此接連而來的壞消息，在在都讓人感到中國今年的經濟發展大勢不妙，曾準確預測1998年俄羅斯股市崩盤的分析師史密斯（JP Smith）也警告：2016年中國經濟將面臨「突然的停滯」，因為中國政府再也沒有能力提振獲得國家補貼的產業，加上資本外流，導致人民幣大幅貶值(註3)，對照近二十多年來已經習慣認為中國經濟「情勢一片大好」的樂觀氣氛，顯得頗不尋常。

因為造船業與營造業一樣，都是屬於帶動產業鏈運作的火車頭工業，當李嘉誠與鄭裕彤等香港房地產大亨在過去一年來陸續從中國撤資，使得中國的房地產泡沫破滅的徵兆已經明顯到再也無法掩蓋來粉飾太平的程度(註4)。如今中國的造船業的倒閉潮也呈現山雨欲來之勢，即令對經濟再無知的人都看得出來今年中國的經濟將會非常的糟糕，若是加上中國近年來與美、日以及越南與菲律賓等國家在政治上與軍事上的對立日益尖銳化，勢必將更進一步對中國的經濟發展投下更多無法預料的變數！

而這樣的情勢對於過去七年多來，因為中國國民黨政權在政策上刻意操作下，造成經濟過度傾中的台灣來說，顯然絕非好消息，台灣人真的要皮繃緊一點了，眼下除了加速出脫在中國的投資，亡羊補牢以降低風險外，台灣的企業經營者更必須將眼光放到比中國更廣大的全世界，發揮過去台灣企業家「一口皮箱走遍天下」的創業精神，才有可能再造個人的事業榮景與台灣經濟奇蹟。

否則若是猶豫不決，當斷不斷反受其亂，一但中國經濟持續探底，過去因為在中國共產黨一黨專政下種種被刻意隱藏的各種經濟地雷一一被引爆開來，到時候恐怕就只有跟著「一個中國」一同陪葬！
